At Indyam.in, we strive to provide high-quality products and accurate descriptions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

1. Returns & Refunds

All sales made on Indyam.in are final.

We accept return requests raised within 3 days of order delivered with proper video of package opening and do not offer refunds after 3 days of order delivery date.

If return is approved there will be a pickup charge of Rs 50-150 depending on product ordered. 

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

 

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products

We only offer replacements or resolutions in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24-72 Hours of receiving the order

  • You must provide clear images and/or an unboxing video as proof

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • An alternative resolution at our discretion

 

 

3. No Refunds on the Following

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selection

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen/display differences

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

 

 

4. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped

  • Cancellation requests, if allowed, must be made within 24 hours of placing the order

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a delivery fails due to customer error (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal), re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer

 

 

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by applicable laws of India and is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, provided the terms are clearly disclosed before purchase.
